Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Rescheduling policy For Rescheduling bookings more than 48 hours prior to practical date, just give us a call and we will arrange a new date for you. Rescheduling within 48 hours of practical session date with incur a 50% rescheduling fee and proof of completion on online theory before a new date can be locked in. Cancellations without intention to rebook within 48 hours of practical session date will equate to 80% of your booking fee. This also applies to no shows on the day. If ILicence Caloundra cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. We will do everything we can to work with you and find you a date to get you licensed, however, this policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled session, to protect iLicences’ interest in the incident of late cancellations/reschedules and no-shows, and for us to deliver the best experience possible for you and the other students on the day. Occasionally due to weather we will have to change the start time slightly, or in very bad cases, move to another date. This will be at no cost to you.
